I forgot my password. What can I do to reset it?

If you have received a username and password from your supervisor for your account, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature on the homepage. Enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

I forgot my username. What now?

Your username is your personal or school email address. Ask your supervisor to find out what your username is. Your supervisor can retrieve this information from the supervisor dashboard.

Browser (advice) 

Our programs are compatible with all modern browsers. We recommend Google Chrome as the default browser, but Firefox, Edge, and Safari are also suitable for use.

If you encounter issues, always check if it works properly with Google Chrome first.

The browser you should avoid is Internet Explorer, as it is no longer supported by Microsoft.
